Early-bird deadline Jan. 27 approaches; enter now and avoid higher fees
The annual Communications Contest is open to members of Missouri Professional Communicators. More than 60 categories cover an array of work accomplished by writers, authors, copy editors, public affair professionals, photographers, publishers and others in the communications field.
Entries must have been published or broadcast between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2020.
Membership in MPC and NFPW, an all-in-one requirement, allows entry in the contest and provides benefits of a local AND a national organization.
Early deadline of Jan. 27 avoids an extra fee of $25 on entries submitted by the final time due: noon on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021
Work in the High School Communications Contest, which runs concurrently, must have been published or broadcast between Feb. 1, 2020, and Jan. 31, 2021. The deadline for all high school entries is Feb. 10. Missouri entries compete in the At-Large Division. No membership is required for the student or advisor, and the entry fee is $5 per entry.

State winners will be named -- and hopefully honored along with those from 2020! -- in April, while those whose work receives national merit will be honored June 11 at an awards ceremony at the NPFW National Conference in Little Rock, Arkansas.
