Refill your creative tank

New Year kicks off with program to help boost creativity.

Lynnette Schuepbach—author, artist and poet—will speak on the topic "How to Refill Your Creative Tank" at our Jan. 21 meeting. Lynnette will cover topics such as how to stay open to new ideas; tips for battling negative triggers of stress, anxiety and anger; ways to expand creativity, and what to do when stuck. A collaborative writing project will be part of the presentation.

Lynnette has had an eclectic career in education, multiple management, body work, the arts, and literature. She has written and illustrated five children’s books, a chapter book, a biography, and a coffee-table photography and poetry book. She is also working on a second novel. Lynnette, president of the Highland Illinois Arts Council and a member of the St. Louis Publishers Association, recently built a new home on her five-generation family farm in Illinois where she enjoys the fabulous sunrises and sunsets.

The FREE program will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, at the St. Louis Artists' Guild. NFPW members who do not live in St. Louis may catch the presentation via Zoom. Please RSVP by Jan. 20 to mpcnfpw@gmail.com.
